GagaCredit Account Closure Process

To close your GagaCredit Line of Credit account, please follow the steps below:

1. Clear Outstanding Balance  

Before requesting account deletion, please ensure your Line of Credit balance is fully settled. You can complete payments directly through the GagaCredit mobile application.

2. Submit Account Deletion Request  

Option 1: Self-Service via Mobile App  

- Navigate to Profile → Account Deletion  

- Select "Delete account and data"  

- Confirm your selection to initiate automated processing  

Option 2: Email Request

- Send an email to help@gagacredit.cc with the subject: "Account Closure Request"  

- Include your registered phone number for identity verification  

- Our support team will process your request within 2 business days  

Important Information  

- Irreversible Action: Account closure will permanently remove all associated data, including personal information and transaction history. This operation cannot be reversed.  

- Service Termination: Closing your account will permanently discontinue your access to GagaCredit's Line of Credit services.
