Agreement Through Installation

By installing GagaCredit, I consent to the collection and use of my Personal Data for legitimate business purposes, including credit scoring. I confirm that all information provided is accurate and understand that any misrepresentation may be treated as an attempt to deceive GagaCredit and its partners. I authorize GagaCredit to verify the information I have provided using references and other appropriate sources. For this purpose, I waive confidentiality rights and expressly permit the processing of my Personal Data obtained from third parties—including government agencies, employers, credit bureaus, and business partners—to assess my eligibility for the requested credit line. I acknowledge that all application materials and related information become the property of GagaCredit, regardless of credit approval. I grant GagaCredit explicit permission to share my information with banks, affiliates, or financial institutions. I specifically consent to: 1) the regular submission and disclosure of my credit data, including updates and corrections; and 2) the sharing of such information with other lenders and authorized credit reporting agencies.

Section 1: Information We Collect

We collect various types of information to provide effective services, comply with legal requirements, and enhance user experience.

1.1 Personal Information You Provide

During registration and service use, we collect details such as:

- Full name, address, telephone number, and email address

- Government-issued identification, KYC documents, and photographs

- Bank account information, credit history, and transaction records

- Username, password, and other credentials required for account access

1.2 Device and Usage Information

When you use the Application, we collect technical and operational data, including:

- SIM card information (carrier, roaming status)

- Mobile operating system version, browser type, and location data

The Application monitors your financial SMS messages to build a comprehensive financial profile and conduct credit risk analysis. This helps us determine your risk level and offer suitable credit solutions while ensuring the security and legitimacy of your application. We do not access personal or non-financial SMS. Before collection, we request your authorization to collect and upload SMS data to https://www.gagacredit.cc/. All data transfers are encrypted for security. If you decline, we cannot provide the service, and the Application will close.

1.3.2 Call Log Collection

To protect your account and prevent fraud, the Application accesses your call records (including phone numbers, names, and call duration) for:

  1. Fraud Prevention: Confirming the use of a genuine mobile device (not a simulator)
  2. Identity Verification: Ensuring you can reliably receive voice authentication codes

This information is transmitted to https://www.gagacredit.cc/ using encrypted protocols. If you do not grant permission, we cannot complete verification, which may restrict service access.

1.3.3 Phone Number Collection

We collect your phone number, email address, and social account details during registration to uniquely identify you and prevent unauthorized access. This information is uploaded to https://www.gagacredit.cc/.

1.3.4 Data Upload

To better understand your identity and meet your credit needs, we request authorization to collect contact, SMS, calendar, file, and phone number information, which is then uploaded to https://www.gagacredit.cc/. Secure encrypted protocols are used throughout. Denying consent will prevent normal service operation and result in application termination.

1.3.5 Collection of Photos and Videos

As part of Know Your Customer (KYC) requirements, we collect photos and videos to verify identity, secure transactions, and prevent fraud. All data is handled confidentially, stored securely, and accessed only by authorized personnel. These files are uploaded to https://www.gagacredit.cc/ in compliance with privacy regulations.

1.3.6 Collection of Contact List

To ensure service reliability, the Application accesses your contact list solely to collect two designated emergency contacts. This supports identity verification and account security without storing or processing additional contacts. Emergency contact details are transmitted to https://www.gagacredit.cc/ using bank-level encryption. You may update or remove these contacts at any time. Note that providing two emergency contacts is mandatory for certain features as part of our responsible lending and fraud prevention measures.

 

Information from Other Sources

We may receive information about you from third parties such as credit reference agencies, mobile operators, and collection agencies as part of providing the Service.

Unique Application Numbers

When installing, uninstalling, or updating the Application, we may collect unique application numbers along with device operating system details.

Push Notifications

We may send push notifications regarding marketing messages, transaction updates, or service-related alerts. You can disable these via your device or Application settings.

Tracking Technologies
